Pokemon Stars is GBC ROM Hack and based on Pokemon Crystal by crystalmoon. You can catch some new pokemon such as Cyndaquil Dark-type. You can have a new story about Jirachi, new maps and more… It’s demo in English now. If you want to play a ROM Hack about Jirachi, you can play Pokemon Wish.
Enter the world of BULONIA—a region taken over by a mysterious group, Team C. Rumours say, however, that this region is also home to a mysterious POKéMON: JIRACHI, described as a WISH POKÉMON. Will it decide to help you, or Team C.? Does it even exist?
This game will run only if played on a GBC/GBA (like Pokémon Crystal) or on an emulator that supports the MBC30 mapper. If played on an emulator that does NOT support MBC30 (i.e. Visual Boy Advance), a message will appear telling the end-user to play it on an emulator that does (i.e. bgb, SameBoy) and the game will not progress.
Pokemon Crystal Version is a role-playing video game developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo for the Game Boy Color handheld game console. It was released in Japan in December 2000, and in North America and Europe in 2001.
