Pokemon Rubí Magma and Pokemon Zafiro Aqua are Generation IV ROM hacks which are enhanced remakes of Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire for the GameBoy Advance. The whole Hoenn region has been reimagined to give a new gameplay experience while retaining the essence of the original games.
Features:
New Graphics and Art Style
Maps and tilesets have been upgraded to the Nintendo DS standards, merging Generation IV and V textures in a new tileset style. Most of the maps have been reimagined and have major changes in comparision with the original maps.
Following Pokémon
The Walking Pokémon feature allows you to walk around with your favourite Pokémon throughout the entire game and interact with it whenever you want, as in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver. Your Pokémon’s reactions may vary depending on how strong your bond is and where you currently are, and the classic HeartGold and SoulSilver emoticons will pop up depending on your Pokémon’s mood.
Generation IV Mechanics Adapted To Hoenn
Most of the Generation IV mechanics, such as the physical-special division for moves, are included in these games.
Updated Battle Themes
Enjoy an enhanced arrangement of Sinnoh’s Wild Battle and Trainer Battle themes!
Framerate Unlocking
In order to speed up certain parts of the game, you will be able to unlock the framerate. This feature allows you to increase the gameplay speed either only in battles or anywhere. You can also turn off this option if you prefer to play the game with the classic speed.
Fairy Type
Added Fairy type. Every Gen I-IV Fairy-type Pokémon got its types updated as in the latest Pokémon games.
