**Fully compatible with newest game patch

Pokémon Legends: Arceus Plus (or PLA+) is a Vanilla+ complete game overhauls that adds more content and challenge for players looking for a New Game+ style experience.

To see all the newly added content, start with a fresh save file. However, this mod can be added at any point during your playthrough.

PLA+ will also bring together all my best mods into one package, since many standalone versions were incompatible with each other. From now on, updates will come here first, but I will still maintain the standalone versions.

Changes include a brand-new feature called “Alpha Storms” (more detail below), catchable Frenzied Noble Pokemon, more wild Pokemon, more Alphas, more Poké Balls many QOL fixes, and so much more!

Full List of Features (continuously updated)
1. Recent Updates (1.9.6)
– Faster Battles: Action delays have been reduced for a smoother experience (especially in multi-pokemon battles)
– Custom/Origin/Strange Balls can now be thrown outside of battle without affecting stunning items
– Noble Kleavor now obtainable — with this final addition, all Noble Pokemon can now be captured!
– Alpha Storms added to Cobalt Coastlands

Main Features
1. Alpha Storms:
Very rarely, snow will start falling in the ObsidianFieldlands, Crimson Mirelands, or Cobalt Coastlands – this is an Alpha Storm.
For only the duration of the storm, rare Alpha Pokémon will spawn all over the map in random locations. Can you find them all?

2. Catchable Noble Pokémon
Yes, the giant gold ones. They will spawn in their respective Arena after defeating each Frenzied Noble as part of the main story, and can be caught, added to your party, and used in battles like any other Pokémon!

How to Capture Frenzied Nobles

***Important***
If you send Pokémon out to battle a Frenzied Noble, your items will be temporarily disabled and you will not be able to speak to NPCs after winning/running. However, this is not harmful and can be easily reversed — to fix it, find and challenge any wild Pokémon.
Noble Pokémon CANNOT be caught in battle: To capture them, throw mud balls until it they are stunned and stop attacking. This will give you a small window to throw a Poke Ball (Use L2 to target and watch for the icon change). It will be a tough fight
Prepare for Trouble: Bring extra mud balls and Poke Balls. At least 20, but better Make it Double.
NOTE: After catching any Noble, it will stay massive and gold until you reset your game. After resetting they will be normal size, but with a
cool looking & permanent ‘Golden Rays’ effect.

3. More Wild Pokémon:
PLA+ now features significantly increased Pokémon Spawn radius! More Pokémon will be allowed to spawn at once, and they will not despawn until you are much further away.
All maps had spawn rates fine-tuned individually and extensively tested to allow for a densely populated world without severe pop-in issues, and the mod will be continuously updated as more methods to increase draw distance are discovered. Rarity/Percent chance for each species to spawn was preserved throughout these changes.
Obsidian Fieldlands: All wild Pokémon spawn rates increased by 2x-4x, depending on area.
Crimson Mirelands: All wild Pokémon spawn rates increased by 2x-3x, depending on area.
Cobalt Coastlands: All wild Pokémon spawn rates increased by 2x-3x, depending on area.
Coronet Highlands: All wild Pokémon spawn rates increased by 2x-4x, depending on area.
Alabaster Icelands: Most wild Pokémon spawn rates increased by up to 2x, depending on area (Cannot be increased as much as the others due to severe pop-in issues, possibly due to openness of the level and constant snow effect
**NOTE: To make Pokémon spawn after installing, go back to Jubilife Village then re-enter any area.

4. Increased Spawn In Space Time Distortions:
Greatly increases spawned Pokémon in Space Time Distortions.
No more waiting around for 2-3 mons to slowly pop in and out of existence!
All Pokémon will be their normal level and no new species were added. Shiny/Alpha rates are also unchanged, and rare Pokémon will still spawn less than common Pokémon.

5. Wyrdeer Remastered: (Full Version)
Do you hate that Wyrdeer’s Camera is always offset instead of being centered on your character? Well no more! Among many improvements, this mod allows Wyrdeer to dash using only the control stick, leaving your right hand free to control the camera. It also removes the offset inexplicably added to the camera. See below for a list of all features!
No B Button to Dash: Dash using only the left control stick, freeing your right thumb to move the camera
Removed Camera Offset: Why, Gamefreak, why?
Increased Slope Tolerance: To help your giant deer finally climb that slightly sloped path
Increased Jump Height and Length: Greatly improves usability and mobility – Let your Wyrdeer soar
Reduced Fall Damage: No more dying from tiny cliffs you could survive jumping solo
Increased Water Entrance Depth: No more accidentally switching to Basculegion in shallow puddles or streams
Increased Step Height: Tiny rocks will no longer stop Wyrdeer in his tracks — barrel right over rocks and small objects*like a huge deer should
*Mod creator is not liable for any tiny Pokémon stepped on or injured as a result

6. Better Basculegion: (Full Version)
Allows you to dash using only the control stick, leaving your right hand free to control where you look. It also removes the offset inexplicably added to the camera (much smaller change than Wyrdeer however) and increases jump height and length. Let your fish fly free!

7. More Poké Balls
Allows you to add any Poké Ball of your choice into Pokémon Legends: Arceus.

How to Add a Custom Texture:
Install this mod first, then add your new texture from the links below and allow files to be overwritten if asked

Pokeball Textures:
Pokeball Textures:1. Strange Ball (default) No additional download needed. 2. Premier Ball 3. Cherish Ball4. Luxury Ball

Gameplay/Balance Changes
1. Alpha Legendaries & Increased GVs
All Legendary Pokémon are now Alphas: And it’s terrifying
Static Pokémon Encounters: All changed to Alphas and GV increased
Under lvl 50: 3 max GVs
Under lvl 50 Frenzied: 4 max GVs
Over lvl 50: 5 max GVs
Pseudo-Legendaries: 5 max GVs
Alpha Static: 5 max GVs
Over lvl 50 Frenzied: 6 max GVs
Braviary: 5 max GVs
Hard Frenzied rematch: 9 max GVS
Legendaries: 8 max GVs

2. Trainer & Static Encounter Difficulty Increased:
All trainers, event Pokémon, and Static Legendaries have had their levels increased by approximately 30%.
Many trainers have also had their teams upgraded – your opponents will now have more Pokémon, with better movesets and complementary natures. Team members were carefully considered to match their Trainer thematically and stylistically

3. Smarter Wild Pokémon:
Pokémon will no longer stand idly by as you battle and kidnap their friends and family. Friendly Pokémon will still be friendly, but can also defend themselves if needed.
Some will attack on sight, some will attack only if provoked. Some (like most babies) remained unchanged.
List of Pokémon Changed: Vulpix, Ponyta, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Cyndaquil, Pichu, Pikachu, Misdreavus, Umbreon, Espeon, Swinub, Stantler, Wurmple, Kirlia, Snorun, Turtwig, Chimchar, Piplup, Bidoof, Rampardos, Bastiodon, Cherubi, Cherrim, Shellos, Lopunny, Glameow, Purugly, Snover, Leafeon, Glaceon, Sligoo, Rowlet

4. Move Tutor Price Adjustments:
Move tutors prices have been cut in half to encourage experimentation (and because you’ll need all the help you can get)

5. Blissey EXP Farm
While balance issues are being sorted, non-attacking Blisseys will spawn immediately outside the camps in Obsidian Fieldlands and Crimson Mirelands.
These training Blisseys are meant to be used for fast exp gain in case of any severe difficulty spikes. In future versions, these will be set to spawn only after credits have rolled
NOTE: Blisseys will spawn at NIGHT ONLY!

QOL Improvements/Surprises
1. Improved Map:
Every area has been overlayed with a coordinates grid, making it super easy to know exactly where you are and exactly where to go.

Additional Features include:
Coordinates Reference Table: Complementary download, includes coordinates of all Wisps, Old Verses, and Alpha Storm locations (see downloads section)
Interactive Map Website: Matches what you will see in game exactly, making it easy to plan your next move and find the exact coordinates for any area on the map. It is already functional, but still a WIP with many more features to be added in the future. Check it out at https://exustio.github.io

2. Reduced Fall Damage:
And increased height before taking damage

3. Increased Pokémon Obedience per Rank:
Each rank now allows you to command Pokémon 10 levels higher than normal to match the increased difficulty

4. Increased Swim Time:
Tired of drowning instantly? This mod increases swim time to 20 seconds

5. Add Cherubi to Overworld:
Adds a group of 3-4 Cherubi to either ‘The Heartwood’ in the Obsidian Fieldlands.

6. Add Combee to Ramanas Island:
Adds a small group of Combee to Ramanas Island.
No more going back and forth for an hour until you find a shaking tree just to complete a single side quest.

7. Lake of Rage Returns:
Adds Alpha Red Gyarados somewhere in the Coronet Highlands
After completing the ‘Guardians of the Lake’ quests, an Alpha Red Gyarados will begin spawning somewhere in the Coronet Highlands. And very rarely, a stronger second one may spawn alongside it!

For the OGs
Can be removed

9. Shiny Locks Removed:
From all starter Pokémon and the gift Vulpix

10. Custom Title Screen:
Now available for all languages

11. Darkrai and Shaymin Now Obtainable Without Old Saves:
Will appear after catching all 3 genies and receiving the quest for Enamorus from Cynthia. But it won’t be easy.

12. Useable & Re-Purchasable Origin Balls:
Origin balls can now be purchased at the Jubilife Village store.

13. Alolan Vulpix:
Added to Alabaster Icelands: Shaking trees now have a chance to spawn Alolan Vulpix

FAQ
I battled Noble Avalugg and now I cant interact with anything. Help!?
This glitch will ocurr every time you battle Noble Avalugg (or any other Noble), but is easy to fix. Just challenge any wild Pokemon — when you end the battle, everything will be back to normal. To avoid this, capture Nobles out of battle instead

When will the next update be released?
Feature updates are released usually around a week, but minor patches/tweaks and bugfixes are also released in between these major releases as needed. To get notified of any changes, Subscribe to this mod

Can you add X feature to PLA+ in a future update?
Maybe! I always consider every suggestion, and as you can see from my update log, lots of user recommendations make it in. Come by my Discord and let me know what you’d like to see added!

Cannot spawn Shaymin/Darkrai:
If you have the save data to spawn Shaymin and/or Darkrai the normal way, you will need to temporarily remove the file resident_release.gfpak located at romfs\bin\archive\field to make them appear. This is an unavoidable side effect of making them available without the save data. Resident_release.gfpak can then be re-added immediately after completing the quest.

This game is a Fan-made Game. It’s Completed in English.
