Hello, Welcome back to Ducumon Website and I’m Pokemoner. Today, We will play Pokemon Amalga Magenta! It’s a GBA Hack ROM and based on Pokemon Fire Red!

If you love Pokemon AlteRed so you should play this game! It has a new region, new types, new moves, and more new Alter Form Pokemon! It’s a Fun hack ROM and you should play it! It’s Beta 1.2.1 in English when I made this video!

The newest entry in the AlterVerse has arrived! Two years after Pokemon AlteRed comes a short and sweet sequel, Pokemon AmalgaMagenta!

This romhack is centered around its entirely original dex of variant Pokemon from all generations! In Pokemon AmalgaMagenta, you can expect:
– A full Pokedex of 75+ Alter Form Pokemon, with sprites made by a talented team of artists
– A brand new type, Cosmic, which is fully integrated into the world and gameplay
– A short, sweet, and concise 4-6 hour adventure with all-new trainer teams, an original map, and a simple story that still has its twists and turns
– A complete overhaul of move learnsets across the board; over 100 new moves have been added, and many more changed
– An assorted variety of abilities and held items from up to Gen 7
– Numerous QOL: Poke Balls now are only consumed when you capture a Pokemon; EXP gained on capture; name rater, move reminder, and grinding center in every Pokemon Center; No HMs
– Some secret battles, Pokemon encounters, and hidden lore to uncover in every nook and cranny
– Full documentation

– Added a new area accessible after Phlegethon Lab; Port Charon
– Players are now able to access the Good Rod, and get some new fishing encounters
– A new Pokemon line has been added to fill out fishing encounters, and a second new line has been added to the Cold Storage
– A certain late-game evolution item has moved to a new unique location
– The previously locked house in Cocytus River has been opened
– The Fishing Hut has a back door leading to a choice fishing hole
– The Sad Fisher’s signature Pokemon has changed, and said Pokemon may now be found in the wild
– The EXP Share held by the starter has been changed to a Lucky Egg
– Dialogue additions, corrections, and tweaks
– Fixes to many minor tile errors throughout the game

Things are still being worked on as we speak! If you’re looking to jump into AmalgaMagenta, you CAN jump in now, though I’m sure there’s some kind of bug that slipped through here lol, I’d say hang tight for maybe a day or so in case a new major softlock appears and I patch it out in a 1.2.1

Hotfix update 1.2.1 rolled out to fix some sprite position issues, slight dialogue errors, and other minor things
